The StarkTalk name, logo, and platform design are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

StarkTalk is a discussion platform. Responsibility for opinions, analyses, and proposals rests exclusively with their authors. StarkTalk cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of information published on the Platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of France.
